“Who Am I &
Why Am I Here?”
These have been the guiding questions of my life. I bring to our work together the culmination of many years of academic and experiential study, delving deeply into these questions.
I provide the guided opportunity to reconcile and ultimately, to celebrate the great paradox of human existence: that of being Divinely Human.
I teach inquiry, attention and embodiment practices that help to stir the soul, quiet the mind, and enliven presence.
When our fears have been faced, the deep questions asked, we begin to relax into who and what we really are. We have access to a wellspring of support, resiliency, and peace in the midst of whatever storm life may bring.
We align with our gifts, talents and resources, and make our own unique contributions to the world.
We learn how to love and be loved.
We experience a deep sense of well-Being.

Ah, not to be cut off,
not through the slightest partition
shut out from the law of the stars.
The inner -- what is it?
if not the intensified sky,
hurled through with birds and deep
with the winds of homecoming.
– Rainer Maria Rilke
